How far this is true?

Hi Friends,

Sorry for giving you all a very bad news, it may be one of the worst news after the Independence.

Something Funny and Interesting

Something funny and interesting happened a week back when I was on the way back after the regular lunch at office. There are several eat-outs available to serve the different taste buds those have come from various parts of our country. There is one in circular shape and I had lunch there that day.

I got a glimpse of somebody while scanning and walking with a friend. I knew that person. I have met her and I have spoken to her before. Who could be she? Yes. I remember her. She is my ex-manager. She was my manager in mid 2001.

I just waved my hand to her to gain her attention and succeeded in that. She came towards me with a smile.

Regular ice breaking hello statements and “how are you” questions were exchanged. Our last meet was in my previous company and she left that company 4 years back. I am meeting her after 4 years.

She was happy to know I am a manager now. And I asked what is she her, thinking something high with her rich experience. But to my surprise she also joined the company as a manager.

Due to some personal reasons she didn’t work in between and joined this company recently.

Yes. This is interesting news. But what is funny about it?

I was just above the entry level software engineer when I was working with her. My performance was considered and recorded very bad her (but my previous manager was happy with my performance). I was told enough moral stories to boost my performance, confidence and what not. In fact my mistake was also there but not to the extent it was projected. I decided to change my project and prove myself and moved to another project where I had to work so hard. I used to leave office around 11PM at one stage. My mom who was in Bangalore was so annoyed with this. At one state my health was breaking.

Again I decided to change the group and did it. Then I planned every step properly and polished my approach as much as possible. And I have reached this level with the grace of Lord Murugan.

Do I need to say anything more?

Ragavan

Scary House

It was early in the office-morning when I received a mail from my friend who lives in Noida, asking about the Scary House. I had been to scary house with friends. It is in Garuda Mall located in the centre of Bangalore city attracting big crowds everyday.

It is just a scary house to scare whom so ever enter that, but very pathetic.
There is a similar house available in Paris Disney Land, but called phantom manor with a size of a mini castle. Obviously Disney is a magnum opus and I enjoyed the Phantom Manor.

I would have enjoyed even Scary House except the fact that they have arranged something to touch our face and body. I didn’t like that part. Otherwise it is scaring enough. In Phantom Manor nothing falls, jumps, touches on you. Still it makes chilly. Here suddenly somebody jumps on you. I was scared but didn’t enjoy.

There are several fantasy plus amusement experiences ready for interested scary lovers. There are some samples below for you all who haven’t been there.

There is a ride with single seat compartments that takes through very scary scenes and shows. We can see everything around us, even the people in the adjacent compartments. Suddenly at points all the compartments turn to one side where the wall is not seen rather a long mirror and we might scream at the sight of it. That is because we will see a ghost sitting just above our head in the compartment. But by turning around we can’t see anything in the compartment.

I was fantastic when I experienced it. The door suddenly closes when we enter a particular room (yea but not alone). And then we just feel the entire room trembling and then our knees with fear. So much...so many other things too... I want to go there once again to get scared and enjoy.

Ragavan

I hate it!!!!!!!!

I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. I have declared thrice. Will this bring happiness for me? Some times when we do the things don’t work and works fine for others. Our pockets are empty without reasons to throw on their face. I had prepared a setup and tried workout. Alas! It is a core-dump (or core-dung). Raised all the possible alarms seeking help and a saviour jumped in like a super hero. He did exactly what I did and it worked. Why? Why? Why? And still it is not working in my setup. The saviour is doing troubleshooting. In other words fault finding.

y is McDonald so popular?

Yesterday i had dinner in Bangalore McDonald located in the happening shopping mall Forum. There was a bright reddish borad at the entrance stating, "No beef and beef products are served. All the items are fried in pure vegetable oil!" Well, it is India.

I was quite confused to order with the colourful items they have displayed. I could see broccoli leaves peeping out of the burgers and a crispy chicken stuff. There was a tempting fish burger too. Well. I went ahead with Mc special chicken burger combo that comes with french fries and coke.

What I enjoyed while dinning was the chat with my friend. I found no taste in burger and chicken stuff even after squeezing two sachets of ketchup. Finished the plain and bland burger, forced itin to my stomach with coke.

While coming out, I noticed the long queue in the counter..............I felt void looking at the crowd going to subjacate the burgers and shakes . But why is it so popular?

DON'T PANIC

DON'T PANIC

cutting the cool breeze

Yesterday night it rained in Bangalore when I was returning home. I enjoyed the bike ride in rain, safegourding my mobile and watch in the leather bag I carry. I fliped open the helmet windshied to allow the piercing rain drops to kiss my face. Within minutes I was wet.

It is the after effect in the morning, which was thrilling and joyous. It is the same bike ride as everyday, but the difference was the cool breeze even after 10 AM. That made the errand to office pleasure filled.

Empty roads let me to zoom in quite high speed, and I was literally cutting the breeze. It is helmet that suppressed the cry of the cool breeze. But my body enjoyed the soft punches of the breeze, like a fake-fight with a small kid. So much of fight but no loss. Thatz how the experience was.

jumped in to it

finally I did it, highly impressed by my friends blog experiences. yea. I have a blogspot now, named combining "aslan" my favorite charactor in Chronicles of Narnia and "narnia" the dream land in the same book. I hope I will add something interesting more for you all to read and relish. We will meet again and again for sure, sharing our thoughts and experiences.

Wishes,
Ragavan
